Mr. Srinath Sridharan is a seasoned business leader, governance advisor, and public policy professional with extensive experience in strategy, financial services, stakeholder management, and institutional governance. He holds a PhD in Business Management from the University of Mumbai and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

He has held senior leadership roles with organizations such as Wadhawan Global Capital and Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited, where he was involved in group strategy, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and public policy initiatives. His experience includes working closely with, promoters, and management on business transformation, governance framework, and value creation.

Mr. Sridharan currently serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of Fintech SRO and Xportify Technologies Private Limited, and as a Nominee Director on the Board of Edge Craft Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

With his deep expertise in governance, strategy, and regulatory engagement, Mr. Sridharan's presence on the Board is expected to strengthen the governance framework of Carnelian Trustee Company Private Limited.
