Mr. Shishir Joshipura is an accomplished industry leader with over four decades of experience in leading large, technology-driven organizations. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani and has completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.

He has served as the CEO and Managing Director of Praj Industries Limited and earlier as the Managing Director of SKF India Limited, where he played a key role in driving innovation, strengthening governance, and overseeing robust financial and strategic decision-making. His leadership experience includes capital allocation, financial stewardship, risk management, and long-term value creation.

Currently serving as an Independent Director on the Board of Kilburn Engineering Limited, Mr. Joshipura brings independent judgment on matters of strategy, performance, and governance. His extensive leadership experience and disciplined approach to decision-making are expected to provide valuable strategic and governance insights to the Board of Carnelian Investment Managers Private Limited.
