Mr. Girraj Prasad Garg is a former senior official of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) with over three decades of experience in securities market regulation, investor protection, financial education, and institutional governance. He has held several leadership roles at SEBI, including Executive Director, where he oversaw critical functions such as investor assistance and education, enforcement, information technology, and parliamentary and regulatory matters. He has also played a pivotal role in advancing financial literacy initiatives at a national level through programs in collaboration with regulatory bodies and market institutions.

Mr. Garg has also served as Registrar of the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) and Head of the National Centre for Financial Education (NCFE), where he contributed significantly to capacity building and professional education in the securities market's ecosystem.

Mr. Garg's presence on the Board is expected to provide valuable insights and strengthen the fiduciary and oversight functions of Carnelian Trustee Company Private Limited.
