Mr. Dheeraj Kumar Khandelwal is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in finance, governance, fintech, and institutional leadership. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has held several key leadership positions within the Institute at regional and central levels.

He currently serves as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Tradereboot Fintech Private Limited, where he leads the company's strategic direction, operations, and growth, with a focus on technology-driven solutions in trade finance and digital ecosystems.

Mr. Khandelwal has also served as a Central Council Member of ICAI, where he chaired and contributed to multiple committees covering industry and business, international trade, MSMEs, public financial management, and valuation standards. Through these roles, he has actively engaged with government bodies, and international stakeholders, contributing to professional capacity building, and governance reforms.
